Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email.
Processing time: 2-7 business days. This is the time we take to make and fulfill your order.
A shipping confirmation with tracking will be sent once your package is on its way.

Please note: Our sweatshirts are eligible for expedited shipping! Each one is made to order with care, and we appreciate your patience as we prepare your piece just right!

Returns & Exchanges
Since all of our items are made to order with care, we’re unable to accept standard returns or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at dahliadrift@gmail.com within 72 hours with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll make it right!
Cancellations & Changes
Please contact us within an hour of placing your order if you need to make any edits or request a cancellation. After that time, we begin processing your order, and changes may no longer be possible. Once your package has been marked as shipped, we’re unable to cancel or issue a refund.
Delayed or Lost orders
While we’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we’re here to support you however we can. If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t shown up:

For U.S. orders, please contact USPS to file a claim. We’re happy to provide tracking info, shipping details, or any documentation needed to help with your claim!
If your package is being returned, please contact us for assistance. If the address provided at checkout is incorrect, additional retrieval and reshipment fees will apply.
